Why are we called The Pavlovian Response?

For TWO Reasons!

Firstly it’s because we want you to salivate every time you see a reference to our Deliberately Delicious Food and Coffee…
Back in the day, a Russian guy called Dr Pavlov made his dog’s salivate every time they heard a bell.
We are NOT calling you dogs…but dogs are cute! Puppy-Chinos are free when you order a coffee…just saying.

Secondly, we are called The Pavlovian Response because our Chef and Owner is Anastasiia Pavlova and they asked her to make a Café… so she made this Café – This was, literally, her response….
